Melinda Looi creates unique ‘art pieces’ that
make the world more beautiful.
Her creations have won her multiple awards and recognition around the world, in countries like France,
UK, Japan, Switzerland, Singapore, Canada and Hong Kong. In Malaysia, her home country, she has been named Designer of the Year three times.
Evolving over the years, today Melinda has three brands under her name: Melinda Looi Couture, Melinda
Looi (ready-to-wear) and, most recently, Mell, a younger diffusion line. Her brands are sold in Melinda’s
own retail boutique and department store counters across Malaysia. She also offers uniform and interior design services.
