HOW TO SHOP

Ordering in 4 easy steps. Click on the SHOP navigation menu item to browse the collection.

2. You found the piece you like to purchase, just select the size and click on ADD TO CART at the end of each product page.

3. You can always add more items in the same manner or review the items by clicking on the SHOPPING BAG icon on the top of the page. Here you can also add pieces or delete them all together.

4. Once you are ready to order click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT in the shopping cart.

We are using plastic courier envelopes from the respective courier service as an outer packaging and furthermore each piece/set is coming in an individual plastic bag. We currently do not offer gift wrapping options.

PAYMENT

With the exception of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders the payment is deducted from the credit card, Paypal account or bank account, when you confirm the order.

SHIPPING

* = Please note the international delivery charges do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
** = Indicated transit times are subject to custom clearance.IMPORTANT - SALES DELIVERY TIMES: During sales periods, please allow 1-2 extra days for fulfillment given the massive increase of orders being processed.
(1) All shipping charges will be calculated and shown automatically when your check out.(2) Once payment is made, Emel will process your order within 24 hours (working day) and will ship within the next 48 hours (working day) by POS LAJU or NinjaVan.

(3) Once the shipment leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can track at the respective courier service tracking websites: Poslaju's tracking website | NinjaVan's tracking website.

(4) Indicative transit times can be seen here.

(5) SMS/Call upon deliver from one of our shipping partner - NinjaVan

(6) In case you are not at home, our shipping partner will try and delivery it to the customer again.

(7) You need to sign for the parcel upon receiving it.

POSLAJU TRACKING - Track your shipment using your Poslaju's tracking number on Poslaju's website HERE.

NINJAVAN TRACKING - Cash on Deliver (COD) - Track your shipment using your NinjaVan's tracking number HERE.

For deliveries within Malaysia the price paid includes GST.

For deliveries outside of Malaysia, we operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order.

EXCHANGES

You want to exchange your order against another size or style? No problem, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Just follow the below 3 simple steps:

(1) Contact Us

Contact our customer service by emailing cs@melindalooi.com / Whatsapp 012 875 0899 to reserve your exchange piece.
IMPORTANT: For purchases from other websites or retail purchases, please contact the respective website or retail store.

(2) Pack Item

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition with tags attached.

• Fill in Return / Exchange section of tax invoice (which came with your shipment).

• Pack items and above mentioned tax invoice into a shipping envelope.

• Fill up the Poslaju return label and paste on top of the parcel.

(3) Drop off at a Poslaju Branch

You will be notified once your parcel have been received and processed.

HOW TO EXCHANGE FROM OVERSEAS (OUTSIDE OF MALAYSIA)

You want to exchange your order against another size or style? No problem you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. However please note the return shipment cost of oversea orders is born by yourself also eventual duties and taxes upon importations, will be born by yourself and can not be refunded by us. To get a return arranges just follow the below 3 simple steps:

(1) Contact Us

IMPORTANT: For purchases from other websites or retail purchases, please contact the respective website or retail store.

(2) Pack Item

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition with tags attached.

• Fill out the exchange slip as received with your tax invoice and eventually cross out items, which are not returned.

• Pack items and above mentioned tax invoice into a shipping envelope.

(3) Send the exchange item back to us

• Send with your preferred courier service to the following address using the above mentioned provided tax exchange slip:

• Once send please furnish us via email to cs@melindalooi.com with the tracking code and name of courier service.

• Please note that we do not take any responsibility of the garment until it is back in our hands.

• Once we received the garment back we will inspect it and confirm with you the receipt.

• We will then send out your exchange item.

RETURNS

HOW TO RETURN FROM OUTSIDE OF MALAYSIA :

(1) Contact Us

(2) Pack Item

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition with tags attached.

• Fill out the exchange slip as received with your tax invoice and eventually cross out items, which are not returned.

• Pack items and above mentioned tax invoice into a shipping envelope.

(3) Send the exchange item back to us

• Send with your preferred courier service to the following address using the above mentioned provided tax exchange slip:

POSLAJU • All returns must be send back within 14 working days.

• If the item does not fit, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. If you have any other enquiries or feedback, please do not hesitate to email us at cs@melindalooi.com. Our working hours are weekdays from 10am to 6pm (Malaysia). Emails sent outside these hours will be replied in the morning of the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.

• All refunds will be in the form of store credit.

• Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for items which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

• Returns can only be made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

• The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 2-3 working days.

• All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

• For Orders from Malaysia: Only returns via Poslaju & Ninja Van are accepted, no walk-ins.

• For International Orders: We will arrange returns to us via DHL, please liaise with the return department. Shipping costs for international orders (outside of Malaysia) are not refunded, unless your items are faulty. All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

• SALES MERCHANDISE: Sales merchandise is not eligible for free returns unless the product is faulty, the order was wrongly send.
